The PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS involves an EPM site visit to walk through the building and measure square footage.  Building size is compared to the total utility usage for one year to obtain a KBTU per square foot per year figure.  EPM engineers can compare your buildings efficiency with other buildings that have similar equipment and usage in the Midwest.  This analysis is at no cost and serves to identify the need for an EPM CTC system.
