EPM, Inc. maintains open dialog with all its customers.  If the customer wants to maintain comfort and maximize savings, EPM will always do whatever it takes to make sure the CTC system is at it's peak.

Larned Kansas School District receives some bad news about their heating system, and encounters runaway utility costs.  The straw that broke the camels back, as it were.  The district hires EPM to regain control of their building and their utility costs, as well as expand the existing heating system to allow "first-time-ever" control.

Clay Center Community Middle School in Clay Center Kansas needed an immediate solution for some wild problems.  Check out their story.
