Ready for School?Our school customers face a unique challenge at this time of year. School! Normally this time of year brings a lot of surprises in the form of cooling alarms as maintenance teams start to occupy the buildings for teachers returning to work. This year however, the hot summer days brought this process on early as the system had to run air conditioners more than usual to maintain nightsetback and holiday temperatures in the rooms. This early recovery period allowed building maintenance to discover and repair problems much earlier than usual. EPM was there to help. Service was diligent in communicating alarms and problems with our customers, and we made a lot of trips to the field in order to assist customers with any issues they had. We even modified our service team hours so that we were in a better position to help. This is what we do. Now that the air conditioning systems have been addressed and repaired, things are returning to normal for our customers. Beginning next week we will be resuming normal service hours, but will still be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as always. Give us a call. |
